A simply lovely pair of pillow shams of superb quality loomed of a supple and extremely silky pure white "fil de lin" linen. These beautiful shams have an unusually beautiful monogram "VB" embroidered in a luxurious bourdon and adorned with a small leaf and berries in bourdon, post and tige point. Each letter is also dotted with small, lace-filled circles. A fancy and beautifully executed drawn thread row frames each border and the shams close at the back with six mother-of-pearl buttons.
