A precious antique baby bonnet made of a delicate egg shell white silk tulle with delightful butterfly filet lace inserts on either side and a round floral insert at the cap. Multiple pleats in the tulle give a shirred aspect to this bonnet and a wonderful embroidered bead-like trim borders the edges as well as the circular central insert. A tiny tulle ruffle edges the back. Truly a work of delicacy this lovely bonnet likely dates from the Art Deco period of the early 20th century and is in impeccable condition. Circumference: 14in.
