A darling little girl's sleeveless summer frock in a crisp, white and fine cotton percale with Valenciennes lace trim. This lovely little dress has ruffled lace straps and lace trim around the neckline and the hem of the skirt, as well as an inset band in the bottom third of the skirt flounce. A tiny monogram "MMC" in red cross stitch is positioned on one side of the bodice and the dress closes with three large mother-of-pearl buttons at the back. Likely dating from the early 20th century, this pretty little dress is entirely hand made and in impeccable condition. Dimensions: overall length 25in., width across the waist 13.5in., width across the chest 13in. Suitable for a child of 12 to 24 months.
