When will I receive confirmation from my order?
If you provided a valid email address a confirmation will be emailed to you within 15 minutes of placing your order.

How do i find out the status of my order and the tracking information?

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with the shipping references and the link where you can get the tracking information.

Sales tax:
Applicable state sales tax will be added to all orders shipped in the State of New York.

Shipping and Handling:

Fleur d'Andeol provides complimentary shipping and handling; no charges will be added to the total of your itemized purchases. All of the items (excepting custom orders) are in stock and shipped the next business day following payment approval and address verification. Orders are usually received within 7-10 business days depending upon where the items are being shipped to. Please be sure to provide a physical address, not a PO Box.. Please note that all shipping times are based on business days. No shipping occurs on Saturday, Sunday or nationally recognized holidays.

Shipping Policies and Restrictions:
Any international duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions about duties or customs charges please contact your local post office.

Our Damage Policy:
We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier (UPS, Postal Service, etc) to file the claim. They will normally want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). They will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled by email to at no cost before the order has shipped. If you request cancellation of an order in the two weeks the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and be charged a handling/restocking fee of 15% even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. For custom orders once fabrication has begun we no longer accept an order cancellation.

Important Note:
Before signing for any trucking delivery, examine all items for signs of damage. If any damage is found, make certain the delivering agent notes the damage on the release form. Please notify us of the damage immediately at sales@fleurdandeol.com, so a claim can be made.


Warranty and Return Policy:
All items are guaranteed for workmanship and quality to be exactly as described on our site. If for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, please return the item within the next two weeks of the delivery. Send your return via prepaid and insured UPS to the following address:

Shipping charges are not refundable. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. This return policy does not apply to custom orders.

Forms of Payment:
Fleurdandeol.com accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard . There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

As we continue to develop our web site and take advantage of technologies to improve the services we provide, our policies will continue to evolve.
Currently, fleurdandeol.com gathers online customer information to enhance your online shopping experience and for marketing purposes. We collect information from you when you register to purchase, and when you register for email.
This personal information is never shared with or sold to other businesses. The information you provide upon registering to purchase items includes general facts necessary for us to complete your order -- your name, mailing address, shipping addresses, email address, and credit card number. Your credit card number is privileged information and will at no time be shared with a third party. Your online account information is stored and maintained in a secure location separate from the fleurdandeol.com web site.

 

Product Display:
Fleurdandeol.com makes every effort to display the products featured on our site as accurately as possible. However, the display and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor may affect the colors you actually see on the screen. In an attempt to show you fine detail, or part of a product that we find exceptional, our photographs are cropped tightly. If you would like to see a different view of a particular piece, please send us an email and we will send you a snapshot in the mail.

 

Artisanal and Antique Products:
At Fleur d’Andeol we keep a very high standard in the antique and vintage linens, lace and fabric that we bring to you. Our products, by definition, are not new. They are made of all natural, organic fibers and contain no synthetic or chemical additives. And as they are all or partially hand-made, they are unique, exhibit the skills as well as the irregularities of the human hands that crafted them, irregularities that also add greatly to their charm. The superb quality of our linens, for example, both in the weaving, the spinning and in the fibers themselves is one that cannot be reproduced anywhere in the world today. These sheets were made to last generations, and they will. We are extremely selective in choosing our stock and make every effort to describe these in detail both in text and in pictures. We only offer items in very good to excellent condition, cleaned with all natural products, and in a state ready to be used. If an item has a defect or visible repair we make these known in our descriptions. (Nevertheless, it must be said that an occasional storage mark or loose thread might escape our notice.) We also encourage you, our customers, to email us with any questions you might have about our products or to request additional photos so that you have as full a picture as possible of the item before purchase. It is, after all, our goal to bring to you as much delight and satisfaction as we ourselves get from these exquisite textiles!
