A tiny treasure of an infant pillow sham loomed of a very fine ecru linen batiste with openwork Richelieu embroidery and a scalloped filet lace and tulle border. This exquisite little sham has a removable fitted silk liner. Both pieces close with miniature mother of pearl buttons. Likely dating from the end of the 19th century, this sham and its liner are in perfect condition. Inner dimensions 12.5 x 12.5 in., border 2.5 in.
