A splendid pair of pure white linen pillow shams with a central fancy embroidered monogram AB in bourdon underscored by a vine with very finely embroidered flowers in tige and post point. In one corner of each sham there is similarly fine embroidery of elaborate flowering branches and a large ribbon tied in a bow. These shams are bordered by a two inch hand embroidered scalloped edge and close at the back with five mother-of-pearl buttons. Impeccable condition. Dimensions interior: 30 x 30in, exterior: 32 x 32in.
