A very pretty set of ten large napkins loomed of a weighty and sleek pure white linen damask. A central monogram "JP" is embroidered in a meticulous cross stitch embellished with the tiniest of flowers and contained in a very pretty stylized medallion. The damask has a rich and well defined floral motif in multiple concentric friezes featuring large flowers, possibly daffodils. This napkin set likely dates from the early to mid 20th century and is in perfect condition. Hand hemmed. Dimensions: 31 x 26in.
