A set of three very elegant men's pocket squares monogrammed "JL." These handsome handkerchiefs are loomed of the very finest white linen batiste, a beautiful quality of featherweight linen that sadly no longer exists! In one corner of each hanky is hand embroidered a very fine monogram JL, exquisitely fashioned in a fancy Germanic script, the letters created with the tiniest of embroidered flowers! The borders of the handkerchiefs are hemmed and finished with a tiny drawn thread hemstitch. Likely dating from the end of the 19th to the beginning of the 20th century, this set of handkerchiefs is in impeccable, as-new condition. Dimensions: 16.5 x 16in.
