A rare and splendid example of the banquet size linen damask tablecloth and napkin sets created to celebrate the hunt, and especially the feast that followed! The set, which includes a grand tablecloth and fifteen large matching napkins is loomed of a very high grade of tightly woven and silky white linen damask with a magnificent double frieze displaying a motif of pheasants, ducks, dogs, deer and foliage all representing the day of the hunt. Four fancy monograms "AM" are hand embroidered in bourdon along the mid section of the tablecloth as well as one in the center of each napkin. Hand hemmed. Impeccable condition.
