A darling infant sham if there ever was one! This precious little pillow sham is loomed of an exeedingly lovely pure white "fil de lin" linen, supple and silky to the touch. It features in one corner an embroidered and appliquéd puppy sitting upright and propped up by an umbrella, and a tiny hemstitch frames the piece. All in all a piece of remarkable simplicity, quality and refinement this sham is in perfect, unused condition and likely dates from the mid 20th century.
