A set of three luxurious men's pocket squares elegantly monogrammed "JL." These handsome handkerchiefs are loomed of the very finest white linen batiste, a beautiful quality of featherweight linen that sadly no longer exists! One corner of each hanky is adorned with a very fine monogram JL, exquisitely hand embroidered in bourdon and tiny beads of post point, each letter decorated with a ball of miniature flowers. The borders of the handkerchiefs are hemmed and finished with a tiny drawn thread hemstitch. Likely dating from the end of the 19th to the beginning of the 20th century, this set of handkerchiefs is in impeccable, as-new condition. Dimensions: 16.5 x 16in.
